The UK’s largest small business lending platform, Funding Circle, relaunches its Business Champion Programme for its top performing brokers. Selected brokers will receive benefits that will expand their reach across the UK’s SME landscape.

In 2022, SMEs’ resilience continued to be tested. Despite the pandemic and other economically challenging factors, 75% of small businesses said they will always find a way to survive. To help small businesses thrive, in 2022, lending through Funding Circle’s platform generated £6.9bn in GDP, supported more than 106,000 jobs and generated £1.4bn in tax.

To continue supporting small businesses to get the funding they need to win, Funding Circle and the brokers who are part of the Business Champion Programme will work closely together to help small businesses access financing to grow, manage cash flow and build for the future, offering straightforward loans at competitive prices.

Some of the benefits available to brokers include earlier access to new products and features, marketing assistance and regular meetings with Funding Circle’s leadership team.

Matt Barton, Sales Director at Funding Circle said, “The wide range of brokers that Funding Circle works with are key in enabling more small businesses across the UK to get the funding they need. Relaunching our business champion programme is a great way for us to further strengthen relationships with our brokers.
