London, 15 January 2026 - Funding Circle, the UK’s leading SME finance platform, has expanded its Cashback card with the beta phase launch of Company cards - a simple way for small businesses to manage team spending, and earn more cashback across their business spend.
Company cards allow businesses to issue unlimited additional cards to employees, directors, and business partners with custom spend limits per card. There are no per-card, annual or subscription fees. The new capability is designed to give SMEs greater oversight of day-to-day spending, improve financial control and drive more value back to the business through cashback.
Currently in beta, Company cards include built-in spend controls such as individual limits and real-time monitoring. Funding Circle is using the beta phase to gather customer insight and refine the experience ahead of a wider rollout.
Every Company card transaction earns the same rewards, meaning more value for small business owners with market-leading cashback: 2% for the first 6 months (up to £2,000), then 1% uncapped thereafter.
Funding Circle is leveraging its proprietary capabilities in credit and product innovation to scale and meet broadening customer demand. This latest expansion is an example of the platform continuing to meet holistic business needs through a superior customer experience that delivers the right financial products at the right time for small businesses across the UK.
