Funding Circle, the UK’s leading SME finance platform, today launches a new transfer feature for its Cashback card. The capability allows small business owners to make cash transfers to any UK bank account, directly from their Cashback card.
Busy business owners often face essential expenses that cannot typically be paid via credit card, such as rent and supplier invoices. This new feature bridges the gap between card spending and bank-to-bank transfers, allowing businesses to manage all their outgoings in one place while saving valuable administrative time. Beyond paying suppliers, business owners can also transfer funds directly into their own business bank accounts, securing a same-day* cash buffer and extra financial leeway when they need it most.
Integrated directly into the existing Funding Circle web portal and mobile app, the feature lets business owners manage their cash flow on the go. Customers receive up to 42 days of interest-free credit, providing greater flexibility with payment timing without depleting their cash reserves. To maintain supplier trust, transfers are sent in the customer's own business name. The feature also automatically syncs with major accounting software, including Xero, Sage, and FreeAgent, eliminating the need for manual data entry.
